Covid RN/LPN-Temporary Part-Time

Primary responsibility for the RN or LPN in this position will be to assess and test patients presenting for COVID testing. Other responsibilities include: assessing and interpreting clinical data collected regarding the patient and providing timely reports to physician and care team members; exhibiting professionalism and knowledge-based response in achieving standards of care; collaborating with physicians and core team members; evaluating, planning and implementing individualized course of care in accordance with documented policies, procedures and protocols; and diligently following all infection prevention guidelines while utilizing all required PPE. Current unencumbered Missouri license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with up-to-date BLS and ACLS certification mandatory. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including being able to work in an enclosed, designated COVID testing area. SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE.

HR Generalist

PART-TIME, day shift HR GENERALIST to provide support and assistance to the HR Director 2-3 days per week with general HR duties including, but not limited to, benefits administration, business communications, applicant logging, candidate recruiting and position posting, policies and procedures, business communications, and various other clerical duties. AA degree in Business Administration or Management plus four or more years of on-the-job experience, or a combination of formal education and experience, are mandatory to be considered for this position. ICMC has an opening for a [temporary] full time housekeeper to provide efficient and safe and effective cleaning and sterilization of overall facility with a priority on ER treatment areas, facility restrooms, patient care areas, and patient rooms. Requirements include high school diploma or GED with institutional cleaning experience. Preference given to candidates with experience cleaning hospitals and/or medical clinics. Wage rate for this position starts at $10.00/hour.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Full time, day shift LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE to provide routine patient care and care management as directed by practitioners for our Family Care Clinic. Position will be responsible for assessing patients and documenting findings, assisting doctors and nurses, communicating with patients and their families, scribing medical records into EMR system, administering vaccinations and assist with obtaining vitals, registering patients, responding to phone calls, scanning and other associated clinic duties as assigned. Applicants for this position must have unencumbered Missouri LPN license and a minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting.

Medical Scribe

Full time, day shift, Monday thru Friday. Candidate filling this position will be responsible for facilitating patient flow for the provider they are working with and ensuring an accurate and complete medical record for each patient encounter is scribed and entered into the EMR system. Candidates considered qualified will be those with proven organizational skills with an attention to detail, highly accurate record-keeping abilities, and recognized professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times. Minimum education H.S. graduate or equivalent GED with preference give to candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in a medical office.

MT/MLT’s perform processing and testing on blood and other specimens which requires the knowledge and understanding of laboratory testing methodologies, instrumentation, quality control, and reference ranges. An MT/MLT always demonstrates good laboratory practice, understands and follows all CLIA guidelines and regulations, and strives to report the most accurate and precise results in a timely manner. They will act as a resource to physicians and support staff to answer questions and provide information. An MT/MLT will be required to exhibit excellent customer service in all interactions with patients, physicians, and support staff.


Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Acts as a generalist, performing testing in the following areas: Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Serology, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Blood Banking.

  • Operates all instrumentation according to manufacturer and laboratory procedures to deliver accurate, precise, and timely results

  • Ensures all maintenance, calibrations, and quality control is performed on all instrumentation and troubleshoots instrument malfunctions as necessary.

  • Evaluates instrumentation, quality control, and patient results to identify issues. Uses technical knowledge and problem solving to formulate possible solutions to correct the problem.

  • Assist in the training of new personnel

  • Maintains documentation of all activities as required by CLIA and laboratory procedure.


Minimum Requirement:

Associate Degree in Medical Technology through an accredited university and successful completion of an NAACLS or ABHES accredited MLT program.


New Graduates will be considered



  • Certification as MT/MLT through ASCP or equivalent

  • > 1 Year of General Laboratory Experience

Registration Clerk

Full time, temporary day shift REGISTRATION CLERK to perform pre-registration/advance check-in for scheduled appointments and discharges, do insurance verification and authorization for current and new patients, coordinate patient transitions from primary to specialty care, and to act as receptionist for ICMC. Position will also serve as back-up for the Medical Records Clerk. High school diploma mandatory with preference given to candidates with two or more years of registration experience in the medical arena. Person filling this position must be positive and upbeat at all times while embracing ICMC’s mission statement: “The patient always comes first”

Registered Nurse, full time, night shift, week-end option

Will work ER/Med-surg two week-end night shifts per week with third shift scheduled another night of week. Position assists providers and team members in achieving best possible experiences and outcomes for each and every patient; collects data and evaluates patient issues and needs; continually demonstrates knowledge, skills and professionalism necessary to provide age-appropriate care following principles of physical and psychological growth and development over life span; maintains patient charts/files and completes all necessary follow-up documentation. Applicants for this position must possess a Missouri RN license, have BLS and ACLS certifications, and be capable of satisfying the full position description job requirements. PRN Med-Surg/ER LPNs/RNs

Interested candidates will work with ERand Med-Surg providers to achieve best possible experience and outcomes for each and every patient, accurately and efficiently collect data and evaluate patient issues and needs, continually demonstrate knowledge, skills and professionalism necessary to provide care appropriate to the age, principals of physical and psychological growth and development over the life span, cultural diversity and learning spectrum of each patient, maintain patient charts/files and complete all necessary documentation and follow-up calls. Ultrasound Technician (PRN)

Perform ultrasound tests as directed by supervisor and/or physicians in accordance with established quality processes and protocols, prepare associated paperwork and follow-up documents and perform other tasks related to ultrasound tests. Preference given to candidates who are also trained and certified to perform x-rays. Qualified candidates interested in this position must be certified and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), be certified in and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in ultrasound testing, and hold a current CPR/BLS Certification.
